We Listen

When Security One was established in 2001, we asked Christchurch homeowners what they wanted from an Alarm Monitoring service. This is what they said:

  • Easy to contact
  • FREE Home Alarm Guard Callouts
  • No fixed term Contracts

Locally Owned & Operated

Security One is locally-based, so we know our customers and the area very well. Being local also means we can visit you in your home for a free Security Consultation or to answer any queries.

We value your business: Security One also regularly offers our customers exclusive offers on a range of security products and services. We’ll let you know what the latest offers are, in our website, Blog and ‘S1’: our bi-monthly email newsletter.

We breathe a sigh of relief when we’re away from home and receive a call from Security One telling us our alarm has been activated, as they have taken care of everything for us and all is safe and well. We highly recommend their friendly and efficient service… They give peace of mind with their 24 hour monitoring of our burglar and smoke alarms.
Leighton & Stephanie Crocker - Rolleston Canterbury
When our home was burgled, our family felt very insecure. Security One were great – we phoned them straight after the Police and insurance, and Security One arrived first! The system was installed the next morning. We all feel so much safer knowing someone is looking after our house when we’re not home.
Ian & Su Marshall - Spreydon, Christchurch
I first heard about Security One 15 years ago through word of mouth – they’ve been monitoring our business ever since. We’ve stayed with them for so long because of their prices and service. Their Consultants and Technicians are excellent – they really know their stuff!
